This apartment 20 unit was perfect for what I needed. Cozy, good location and great rate. There’s a laundry business and cafe on the ground floor if you need easy access during your stay.
A great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The guards were extremely friendly and assisted us as we needed help. The coffee shop on the entrance is good and everything is in proximity to restaurants and other needs. Getting local transportation was simple and inexpensive due to the closeness of our shopping/entertainment needs.
The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything, easy to commute to and from, safe and low traffic. The unit was pristine! I like the modern design and it was roomy despite the small space so it was just right for two people. The staff was outstanding! They were prompt, responsive, very friendly, reliable, and eager to please. I am coming back next year!
The place is as advertised. It’s simple and stylish and we were able to play movies on the TV. Great experience!

Cancellation Policy - Moderate
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- Guests can cancel their reservation by clicking on the cancel button that you can find in the confirmation email we send out after a successful booking process, or by communicating with us directly through the contact form in this website, via e-mail, or calling our landline.
- For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time.
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
